A short, plain explanation of what we do with the details you give us when you reply to your invitation.
What we collect
Only what we need to plan the wedding: your name, contact details, who is in your party, whether you can come, meal choices, dietary and accessibility requirements, accommodation details where relevant, and anything you choose to tell us in a message.
Why we collect it
To send you information about the wedding, give the venue and caterers accurate numbers and requirements, plan seating and accommodation, and take payment where a room has been reserved for you.
Who can see it
Ryan and Fiona, and the suppliers who need it — for example the venue and caterer. Other guests cannot see your details. Your accommodation and payment information is visible only to you and to us.
How long we keep it
Until shortly after the wedding, after which guest information is deleted other than anything we need to keep for our own records.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
